Rushden Mind

The aim of Rushden Mind is to provide services to people affected by mental health problems. We work to the principles of recovery, social inclusion, community access and participation. Our service users are at the heart of Rushden Mind. We have 2 service user trustees. Our programme develops from the suggestions, needs and interests of the users of our services, so it changes from time to time. Currently we offer: Counselling One-to-one advice, support and advocacy Gentle exercises Educational groups - Art Social activities Healthy eating group Peer support group services We have a team of paid staff and volunteers who work with anyone who needs us, is able to access our service, and who lives in Rushden or the surrounding areas. We provide a Well-being service throughout East Northamptonshire. Come and see if we can help you!

Is there a charge for service? Personal budgets can be used as payment. There are charges for some groups, to be discussed at assessment.
