Rethink Accommodation Services

Selsey House is 24 hour supported housing, there are sleep-in staff available from 10pm – 8 am for emergencies. It has a small shopping precinct opposite and there are also several places of worship within easy walking distance. We are on a very good bus route to town alternatively, town is approximately a 15 minute walk. The service offered embraces the Recovery model and tenants are encouraged to do things for themselves, some with support from staff. Selsey House is a large detached house with a large garden, 2 living rooms, large kitchen, separate dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. We can accommodate up to 7 people. Nash Close is a newer service and consists of 4 houses all close to each other. There are two 4 bedded houses and two 2 bedded houses; All with private gardens. The 4 bedded houses all have double bedrooms 2 of which in each house are en-suite. The service offered here also embraces the Recovery Model and tenants are encouraged to do things for themselves with support from staff if necessary. Nash Close is also on a bus route with town centre approximately a 10 minute walk. Nash Close can also be used as a move on facility to tenants from Selsey House, or individuals can be referred direct to Nash Close.

Is there a charge for service? There is a rent payable each week in both services. Individuals may be entitled to Housing Benefit following a financial assessment.
